Ask for a review when you deliver the final product, not before

At the moment you hand over final photos, the finished cake tasting notes, or the last invoice, ask the couple directly for a review on your preferred platform and send a follow-up link by text within a day if they have not left one. Time the ask to the last positive interaction, not the booking.

Why it works: Asking right after the final delivery catches couples at their happiest point with the whole experience still fresh.
