Offer a companion discount when a traveler books with a friend

Give past travelers a code that discounts their next trip when they bring along a friend or family member who has never booked with you, and require both names on the same booking to redeem it. Promote the code in your regular newsletter twice a year.

Why it works: Group travel already sells better than solo travel, and a companion discount rewards the traveler for doing your recruiting.
