Rebook the next appointment at checkout, not by follow-up call
Train front desk staff to ask every client to book their next appointment before they leave, using the standard interval for their service, such as five weeks for a color touch-up. Offer to text a reminder closer to the date so clients feel comfortable committing now.
Why it works: Booking while the client is still in the chair captures a decision they've already made instead of hoping a later call catches them at a good time.
