Upload full episodes to YouTube with chapter markers

Upload the full audio or a static waveform video of each episode to YouTube the same day it publishes elsewhere, and add chapter markers for each topic segment using the timestamps from your show notes. Title the video with the guest's name and the main topic.

Why it works: Chapter markers let people jump to the part they care about, and YouTube search surfaces episodes to people who never use podcast apps.
