Set up a cross promo swap with a similar sized show

Find a podcast in an adjacent topic with a similar episode count and audience size, and propose trading a thirty second mention in each other's next episode, recorded by each host in their own voice. Track which swaps bring new listeners by adding a unique link for each show.

Why it works: A same sized show's audience is more likely to try a new podcast than a stranger from a general ad.
