Send a warm booking pitch instead of a cold guest request
Before reaching out to a potential guest, read or listen to two things they said publicly in the last month and reference one of them in your invitation email, alongside three sample topics you would cover together and your average episode length. Send it from a real name, not a show inbox.
Why it works: A pitch that shows you paid attention gets a reply far more often than a template that could have gone to anyone.
