Send a direct check-in email to students who stopped logging in

Pull a list of students who enrolled but have not opened a lesson in two weeks. Send each one a short, personal email asking what is getting in the way and offering one specific next step, such as a shorter version of the next lesson or a fifteen minute call.

Why it works: Most stalled students want to finish but need a small nudge and a lower effort path back in, rather than another automated reminder.
