Publish a detailed page for each program describing the actual work
For every distinct program you run, publish its own page explaining who it serves, what a typical week of the work looks like, and how it is funded, rather than one page describing the whole organization. Use the plain language a search visitor would use, such as the specific need the program addresses.
Why it works: Someone searching for a specific need finds a page that answers that need directly more convincing, and more likely to result in a gift, than a general homepage.
