Cross post a collaboration with the featured artist

When you release a track with a featured artist, agree in advance on a shared posting time and have both artists post the same clip within the same hour, tagging each other and linking to both channels. Repost a highlight from the other artist's page to your own Story.

Why it works: Cross posting introduces each artist's audience to the other at the moment interest in the song is highest.
