Publish a plain-language FAQ page for each condition you treat
For each condition or service line, write a page answering the ten questions patients most often ask during intake calls, reviewed by your compliance or medical affairs contact before publishing. Keep language at an eighth-grade reading level and cite sources for any clinical statement.
Why it works: Patients research a condition before choosing a provider, and a reviewed, plain-language page meets them at that stage without making claims a regulator would flag.
