Post a short dev diary update every two weeks

Every two weeks, post a short update from whoever is building or running the project, one paragraph on what got worked on, one open question for the community, and a screenshot or clip if there is one. Keep it in the same Discord channel every time so members know where to check.

Why it works: Regular short updates from an actual person build trust in a way that occasional big announcements do not.
