Build a three step Discord onboarding flow for new members

Set up a welcome channel with a bot that walks new members through three steps, picking a role for their main game, agreeing to the rules, and posting an introduction in a dedicated channel. Check the flow yourself once a month by joining as a test account.

Why it works: A guided first few minutes keeps new members from lurking silently and leaving, which is when most communities lose people.
