Record a two-minute walkthrough video at project handoff

At the final walkthrough of each project, record a two-minute video of the client walking through the finished space and describing what they wanted solved, and ask for a short comment on camera. Only use footage from clients who agree on the spot, and post it to the matching case page.

Why it works: A walkthrough captured at the moment of handoff shows a genuine reaction, which reads as more credible than a written quote requested weeks later.
