Post-service review request text sent at pickup, not by mail later
When a customer picks up their vehicle after a service visit, have the service advisor mention that a text will follow with a link to leave a review, then send that text within the hour while the interaction is still fresh. Skip the request if the visit involved a comeback repair or a complaint.
Why it works: Asking immediately after a smooth pickup captures a genuine reaction instead of a delayed request that arrives after the moment has passed.
