Pre-approval nurture email sequence
For every borrower who gets pre-approved but has not gone under contract within thirty days, enroll them in a five-email sequence spaced over six weeks covering how to read a listing, what to expect at inspection, and how to keep their pre-approval current, with a check-in call partway through.
Why it works: Pre-approved buyers who go quiet are usually still house hunting, and a steady, useful sequence keeps them from drifting to a lender they meet later at an open house.
