Fabric and finish swatch mailer request form

Add a swatch request form on every upholstery and finish product page that mails up to five physical samples for a small refundable fee credited on a later order. Follow up by email one week after swatches should have arrived to ask which won.

Why it works: Color and texture rarely translate accurately on screen, so a physical swatch removes the biggest objection before checkout.
