Retail locator page linked from every product page

Add a store locator page that pulls from the distributor list and lets shoppers search by zip code for the nearest retail carrier. Link to it from every product page and the footer, and update it monthly as new accounts come online.

Why it works: Shoppers who cannot find the product nearby will buy a competitor's item off the shelf instead of waiting for it.
